Privacy First

Privacy Policy

We believe that your thoughts and visual brainstorming documents belong solely to you. VisualCraft is built as an offline-first utility.

The Core Philosophy

VisualCraft does not use server databases, user accounts, or tracking APIs. All customizations, text entries, and prompt outputs are processed and stored locally inside your browser's memory using standard client-side technologies.

1. Information Collection

Because VisualCraft operates as a static page running in your client browser, **we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data**.

  • Text Inputs: Any description, data, or structural content you paste in the prompt generator never leaves your device. The prompt formulas are computed purely in local JavaScript.
  • Browser Storage: We use standard browser local storage (`localStorage`) to remember your configurations (e.g., your selected category, palette preferences, or connector styles) so you don't have to re-enter them on reload. This data remains on your machine.
  • No Account Portal: We do not require registration, passwords, OAuth sign-ins, or email listings to use the application.

2. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party web analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Hotjar).

Our host provider (Cloudflare Pages) may gather basic, anonymous server-level logs (such as request rates, user-agents, and server response codes) to prevent denial-of-service attacks and ensure global speed. These logs contain no personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

VisualCraft is a **prompt constructor**. It produces rich, formatted text descriptions which you copy and submit to other artificial intelligence systems (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic's Claude, or Midjourney).

IMPORTANT: When you paste these generated prompts into external AI tools, your text inputs are subject to those third-party providers' own privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to review their terms.

4. Security and Data Privacy

By designing the system without any central database, we have minimized the security risk for our users. There is no central database to leak, hack, or compromise.

To clear all your local configuration settings, simply clear your browser's site data / cache for this site.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as we introduce new prompt variables or integrations. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page with an updated timestamp.

6. Contact
